Liberty Savings Bank had the honor of attending the Hard Hats & High Heels Gala hosted by Manatee County Habitat for Humanity. Held on International Women's Day, this remarkable evening was a celebration of empowerment, community, and the life-changing impact of affordable homeownership.
A Night to Remember
The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature in Bradenton provided the perfect backdrop for the evening. The outdoor courtyard setting, lit by the glow of the stars, created an atmosphere of elegance and inspiration. Guests arrived in formal attire accented with touches of gold, embracing the theme with style and grace.
The evening featured a gourmet three-course dinner and a full open bar, but it was the heart of the event that truly shone. We were deeply moved by the story of the 2025 Women Build homebuyer, whose journey to homeownership reflects the determination, strength, and resilience that Habitat for Humanity champions. Her inspiring narrative reminded us all why supporting affordable housing initiatives is so vital.
