(PCF)](https://www.plantationcommunityfoundation.org/) is a non-profit organization deeply rooted in the heart of South Sarasota County. Founded in 1988, the PCF has been a steadfast advocate for the community, providing essential support to numerous organizations that address a wide range of needs.
