When a new business opens its doors, the first instinct is often to introduce itself with advertising. Billboards go up. Commercials run. Social media campaigns launch.

Those things certainly have their place, but at Liberty Savings Bank, we've always believed there's a better way to become part of a community.

You show up.

You get involved.

You support the people and organizations that make a community special long before you ask for their business.

As Liberty Savings Bank continues expanding into the Lakewood Ranch community, that's exactly the approach we're taking. Our newest financial center represents more than a new location—it represents a long-term commitment to serving the families, students, educators, businesses, and organizations that make this area such an incredible place to call home.

For us, community banking has never been just about financial services. It's about relationships.

Becoming Part of the Lakewood Ranch Community

Lakewood Ranch continues to be one of Florida's most vibrant communities, attracting new families, businesses, and residents.

Those qualities are exactly what attracted Liberty Savings Bank.

While we've proudly served Sarasota and Manatee counties for decades, opening our Lakewood Ranch financial center marks an exciting new chapter. We aren't simply expanding our footprint—we're becoming neighbors.

Being a good neighbor means more than opening an office. It means listening, participating, and investing in the people who make this area thrive.

That's why one of our first priorities has been supporting local schools, youth athletics, and community organizations throughout the area.

Investing in the Places That Bring People Together

Schools and youth sports create some of the strongest connections within any community.

They're where lifelong friendships begin, where teachers inspire future leaders, where families gather on Friday nights under the stadium lights, and where young athletes learn teamwork, discipline, and confidence.

These are the places where people come together.

That's why Liberty Savings Bank is proud to support several outstanding local organizations throughout the new school year.

Our current Lakewood Ranch community partnerships include:

  • Lakewood Ranch High School
  • Willis Elementary School
  • McNeal Elementary School

While these sponsorships help increase our visibility, that's not why we're doing them.

We see them as invitations to become involved in the lives of the students, families, educators, and organizations these schools serve.

Sponsorship Is Just the Beginning

Putting our name on a banner isn't the finish line.

It's the starting point.

We want our support to extend far beyond signage.

Recently, members of the Liberty Savings Bank team joined the Willis Elementary Open House, where we had the opportunity to meet students, parents, teachers, and staff as they kicked off another exciting school year.

We were grateful to be part of the evening and to connect with the people who make the school community so special.

And for us, that's what community support is really about.

It's showing up.

It's building relationships.

It's finding meaningful ways to contribute.

Whether it's an open house, family night, community festival, volunteer opportunity, fundraiser, or youth sports event, we want to be there when our community comes together.

We're proud to support Willis Elementary and look forward to finding even more ways to be involved throughout the school year and across the communities we serve.

Why Community Banks Invest Locally

One of the things that makes a community bank in Lakewood Ranch different from a large national institution is where we choose to invest our time and resources.

Community banks aren't built around distant corporate offices.

They're built around local relationships.

When we support a local high school, elementary school, or youth organization, we're investing directly into the neighborhoods where our customers live, work, and raise their families.

These investments help strengthen the community in ways that extend well beyond banking.

They encourage local pride.

They support educational opportunities.

They celebrate youth achievement.

They bring neighbors together.

And they reinforce the idea that successful communities are built when local organizations support one another.

At Liberty Savings Bank, we believe that's exactly how a community grows stronger.

Building Relationships That Last

Every banner represents something much bigger than marketing.

It represents trust.

Trust isn't built overnight.

It's earned over time through consistency, reliability, and showing up when it matters.

That's why we're focused on building long-term relationships with:

  • Students and their families
  • Teachers and school administrators
  • Coaches and athletic programs
  • Parent organizations
  • Youth sports leagues
  • Local nonprofits
  • Small business owners
  • Community volunteers

These relationships are what define a true community bank.

We know that meaningful partnerships aren't measured in months—they're measured in years.

As our Lakewood Ranch financial center becomes part of the neighborhood, we hope to continue finding opportunities to support the causes and organizations that matter most to the people who live here.

A Commitment Beyond Banking

Financial services are only one part of what we do.

Our larger mission is helping individuals, families, and businesses thrive.

Sometimes that means helping someone purchase their first home.

Sometimes it means helping a local entrepreneur expand their business.

Other times, it simply means supporting the schools and organizations that help make our community a wonderful place to live.

We'd Love to Meet You

As we continue to settle into the Lakewood Ranch community, we're excited about the friendships and partnerships still to come.

If you see us at a school event, youth sporting event, community festival, or neighborhood gathering, please stop by and introduce yourself. We'd love to hear your story, learn more about the organizations that matter to you, and discover additional ways Liberty Savings Bank can get involved.

If there's a local nonprofit, school program, youth organization, or community event that deserves support, we'd love to hear about it.

Because community banking has never been just about opening accounts.

It's about opening doors, building relationships, and investing in the people who make this community extraordinary.

We invite you to visit our new Lakewood Ranch financial center, meet our team, and see firsthand what it means to bank with an organization that's committed to growing alongside the community it serves.

We're excited to be here—and we're just getting started.
